Train & Transition
We identify marginal farmers and train them in natural, chemical-free farming covering soil health, crop cycles, and sustainable practices.

We identify marginal farmers and train them in natural, chemical-free farming covering soil health, crop cycles, and sustainable practices.
Farmers receive certified seeds, bio-agri inputs, and ongoing agronomy support to ensure a successful switch from conventional methods.
We connect them directly to conscious consumers through our Soil-to-Fork model, ensuring better prices, no middlemen, and long-term financial upliftment.

Project Parivartan is a nationwide movement to uplift India’s marginal farmers through natural farming. Launched by Bal Bharti Academy and championed by Natural or Nothing as its core social cause, the project empowers farmers with training, sustainable resources, and direct market access.
By eliminating chemicals, restoring soil health, and raising incomes, Parivartan is not just changing how we farm it’s transforming farmer futures and consumer health, one harvest at a time.
In Pataudi, Haryana, where marginal farmers with landholdings of less than 2 acres often struggled with low productivity and unstable incomes, Natural or Nothing has brought about a measurable transformation.
The bidding in the mandis often started at shockingly low rates—sometimes as little as ₹4–₹6 per kg, regardless of the quality or method of cultivation. Chemical-free, naturally grown vegetables fetched the same price as chemically laden produce. This pricing injustice, coupled with high input costs, had discouraged many, with the younger generation wanting to leave farming altogether. By joining hands with Natural or Nothing, the average crop yields have increased by 35%, and farmer incomes have seen a rise of over 60% within just one year. Prior to our involvement, many of these farmers earned less than ₹5,000 per month from their land.
